Delivery is available throughout the Los Angeles 4-County Area, which includes Los Angeles,Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. We offer next-day delivery, and wholesaleaccounts with orders of $200 or more can qualify for scheduled delivery service.
For customers outside of our local area, we provide nationwide shipping on all OEM wheels. Retailcustomers can ship wheels to us for sale or repairs, and we can also ship replacement wheelsdirectly to them. Reconditioned wheels and center caps are returned through the same process,and tracking information is provided once the order is processed to ensure peace of mind.We deliver OEM replacement wheels nationwide with fast shipping across all 50 states. Most ordersship quickly from our warehouse with delivery times based on your location.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange. All returns are subjectto a 20% restocking fee. Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, including wheels with custom finishes such as chrome plating or powder coating, as well as wheels that havealready been mounted or damaged during installation.
Returned wheels must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged. Every return must include theoriginal invoice and a valid RMA number. Products should be packaged exactly as they wereshipped; if a wheel is damaged due to improper packaging, additional fees may apply. We strongly recommend inspecting all wheels before installation, including mounting them on a spin balancer.
We want to make the return process simple and straightforward. Please review the return guidelines below before sending products back.
Return Guidelines
• Inspect all products immediately upon arrival
• Contact us within 30 days if there is an issue with your order
• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
• RMA approval is required before returns are accepted
• Improper packaging may result in damage fees
• Custom finishes, including chrome wheels, are non-returnable
If we ship the wrong item or a product arrives damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label andissue either a full refund or an exchange. Shipping and handling fees are only refundable if the product shipped was incorrect or damaged. Please note that mounting and balancing fees arenever refundable.
