Accepted Payments

We offer charge accounts and accept checks for established commercial customers. Retail customers may pay with cash or credit cards.

Wheel Grading Guide

We not only deal in new and reconditioned OEM wheels, but we also offer various grades of used wheels.

Note: Not all grades apply to steel and clad wheels.

A+ / NEW

Brand new. Never mounted.

Recon / RECONDITIONED

Looks new.

A / LIKE NEW

Face looks new but had been mounted with a tire.

A- / VERY GOOD

Looks new from 10' (ten feet) Minor scratch on lip at worst. Typical new take-off.

B+ / VERY GOOD

Looks new from 10' (ten feet) A few very minor scratches on the on center area and or lip.

B / GOOD

Few light scratches seen at 10' (ten feet). Good at first glance. Good uniform finish.

B- / GOOD BUT

Minor curb rash. Otherwise "B" grade. OK for reconditioning with no metal work.

C / POOR

Many scratches and or curb rash and or pits. OK for reconditioning with no metal work, but may not rr-chrome well.

D+ / DINGED

Indented metal up to .5" (Half inch). Otherwise "B" grade. Still serviceable. No damage to bead area. Would need metal work before remanufacturing.

D / DINGED

Indented metal greater than .5" (Half inch). Poor finish as "C" grade. Still serviceable. No damage to bead area. Would need metal work before remanufacturing.

N / RAW OR STRIPPED

No paint on wheel. OK for reconditioning with no metal work.

P / PAINT NO MATCH

Paint is no match at all to OEM finish. Could even be a different color.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning. Contact us right away.

Return Eligibility
Returns, refunds, or exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days of receiving merchandise. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be approved.

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
• Unused
• Uninstalled
• Undamaged
• Packaged exactly as originally shipped
• Include a copy of the invoice noting the RMA number

Shipping & Tracking
We are happy to provide return shipping labels. Customers who choose to ship items on their own must retain the tracking number(s) in case merchandise is lost in transit, as we cannot be responsible for lost items in those situations.

Return Shipping Cost
We pay shipping costs and issue full refunds in the following scenarios:
• An incorrect item was shipped
• An item arrived damaged
• If an incorrect or damaged item was shipped, we will issue prepaid return labels and provide a full refund once the item is received and inspected.

Cancellation After You Have Placed Your Order
Orders may be canceled free of charge as long as merchandise has not already shipped or entered the special-order finishing or reconditioning process.

When Your Order Arrives
Immediately inspect for proper match and condition. Save all original packaging in case of a return or other issues.

Before Tire Installation
Wheels must be inspected before tire installation. Inspection should include mounting the wheel on a wheel balancer. Once mounted, wheels are not returnable, and we will not be responsible for wheels damaged during or after installation.

Modifications & Finishes
Do not modify any products shipped. Any wheel that has been modified becomes non-returnable.
