Selling your OEM wheels doesn’t have to be complicated. Whether you drop them off locally or ship them to us, our process is straightforward and transparent. Below is a quick overview of how drop-off, shipping, and returns work.

Local to us? Drop off your OEM wheels at our warehouse for a fast, in-person evaluation. Our team will inspect your wheels on the spot and offer same-day payment for qualifying wheels. Call ahead to schedule a warehouse visit.

Not local? No problem. Ship your OEM wheels to us from anywhere in the U.S. We will send you shipping labels, so you can box and send to us. Once your wheels arrive, our experts inspect them to ensure they are in the agreed upon condition.

For local drop-offs, payment is issued same day once all steps are completed and the wheels are approved. For sellers outside our local area, payment is sent by check within 1–3 business days after receiving the wheels.

Are your wheels straight? Wheels can be checked at home by rolling them on a flat, carpeted surface, or professionally inspected on a wheel balancer at a local wheel shop.

Are there any cracks or repairs? Wheels must be free of cracks, welds, or structural repairs to be eligible for purchase.

Shipping
After You Place Your Order
Orders may be canceled the same day they are placed or before the product ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
When Your Wheel Arrives
Inspect all products immediately upon delivery. Please save all original packaging in case the item is damaged during transit. If any damage is found or if the wrong product was shipped, contact 1-800EveryRim.com immediately.
Before Tire Installation
Wheels must be inspected before tire installation. Inspection should include mounting the wheel on a spin balancer. Please ask your tire technician to perform this inspection before installing the tire. Once mounted, wheels are not returnable, and we cannot guarantee wheels damaged during or after installation. We do not cover mount or balance fees for any reason.
Wheel Identification Responsibility
We guarantee all orders are the exact wheel ordered in the condition stated. Customers are responsible for identifying the correct wheel style and finish. Because we cannot physically inspect the vehicle or wheel, we are not responsible for misidentification. Customers are encouraged to submit a photo of their wheel so we can help verify the correct rim and finish before ordering.
Modifications & Finishes
Do not modify any products shipped. Any wheel that has been modified becomes non-returnable for any reason. Wheels reconditioned are not returnable or refundable, including wheels that have been chromed when chrome was not the factory finish. If you plan to modify a wheel, we strongly recommend contacting us first and having the wheel inspected by a trained professional for roundness, structural integrity, and completeness.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All returns require an RMA number. Customers must contact us before sending anything back.
Return Eligibility
Returns, refunds, or exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days of receiving merchandise. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
• Unused
• Uninstalled
• Undamaged
• Packaged exactly as originally shipped
• Include a copy of the invoice
• RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box
Return Authorization
Customers must obtain an RMA number prior to shipping any item back. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Shipping & Tracking
Customers are responsible for providing a valid tracking number for all returned items. Improper packaging that results in damage may make the customer liable for additional fees.
Shipping Costs & Refunds
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:
• An incorrect item was shipped
• An item arrived damaged
• If an incorrect or damaged item was shipped, we will issue prepaid return labels and provide either an exchange or a full refund once the item is received and inspected.
